President:



Calls meetings, providing the meeting agenda (points to cover). 

Presides over the board meetings

Submits plans & budgets for the board member approval (remaining exec/directors vote on).

Overall responsibility for all aspects of the corporation’s business. (Insurance/Affiliation, renewals, updates with CMA, Annual Returns, Casino, Submission of paperwork)
Liaison between: the board and the members, Sanctioning body and club, Partner clubs, Track Management

Overseeing the running of events (test & tunes, races, and any other events that my run that season – “riding schools”, year end, trophies, Motorcycle Show, etc)

Upkeep of current assets (AMRA motorcycle maintenance & upkeep, seacan, leathers/boots, etc)

Vice President:

Acts as the President in his or her absence.

Reports to and works closely with the President to assist with his or her duties.

Assigned to a special area of responsibility such as membership, media, personnel, annual event, etc.

Treasurer:

Oversee the Organization’s Financial Administration &.

Review and Enforce Financial Policies and Procedures.

Generate Financial Reports& submit Yearly Returns – General and Casino Account

Handle Casino requirements

Secretary:

Custodian of Records for the Club (including Memberships & Bylaws)

Communication (General Correspondence of the Board unless assigned to others)

Meetings – records minutes of the meetings. Voting member in meetings

Director at Large:

Understand and demonstrate a commitment to the organization’s mission and programs.

Keep up to date with issues and trends that affect the organization.

Prepare for meetings by reading agendas, minutes, reports and other documentation required to actively participate in them.
